needed a small diamond replaced in her eternity ring and was given a reasonable quote - cheaper than the cost of replacement - which was ideal as it obviously has sentimental value. the diamond was replaced quickly and it looks as though a very good job has done - we will certainly use the company again for future jewellery repairs.

hia couple of months back i received a silver engagement ring from my fiancee. when we baught the ring we were told by the jeweler that it was white gold but when we acctualy took it back to be repaired we found it was silver. at the moment the ring has scratches all over it and a small chip. im just wondering if you could do any repair to get rid of the scratches etc or even combine the ring with white gold also if this can be done is there anything that i can protect the ring with to prevent this from happening again. also what would be the cost roughly for this job to be done.hope to hear from you soon.jade
