hi. i have a diamond and setting that came from an ear ring that id like to turn into a necklace. to do this it needs an adapter piece to turn it through 90 degrees and allow the chain through like a closed u shape im sure you know what i mean. could you tell me if this is something you could do and a rough price in 9 and 18 carat please. thanks.
